The iconic Botín Center designed by the famous architect Renzo Pianoin collaboration with Luis Vidal + architects, is a building located in a privileged place in the city of Santander.
As the Botín Center's website reports, Renzo Piano, with this architectural work, has managed to integrate light and lightness as essential aspects of the project along with the need to make the building accessible to all, making possible not only the transparency and fluidity of light, but also the bay view and the complete integration with the environment.
The building, with a total built area of 8,739 m², is articulated in two connected volumes.
The Botín Center is a new meeting and revitalizing place for the city, providing spaces for art, music, cinema, theater and literature, strengthening the social and cultural fabric of the place with its presence and activities.
One of the most peculiar and defining spaces of the Botín Center is the "pachinko", a set of glass walkways, suspended seven meters high, connecting the building by east and west.
In this unique building where glass is the main character, you can find our CRISAMAR ® STEP ALUMINUM-X which guarantees, in addition to the permeation of light and the integration with the environment desired by Renzo Piano in the concept of the project, the absolute safety of passage and step.
