CriSamar® STEP at ZIELO SHOPPING POZUELO Shopping Mall

Inaugurated in Madrid the first shopping center icon in sustainability in Europe. It has chosen the Incus-S model from SEVASA's CriSamar®STEP line for its outstanding floors, ramps and walkways.

A spectacular design by architect Alberto Martín Caballero, which has opted for sustainability and minimization of environmental impact, becoming the first shopping center in Europe to obtain LEED® Silver pre-certification, the most internationally recognized.

CriSamar®STEP anti-slip glass has been applied on all 3 floors of the building, which has an area of more than 15,000m2 of GLA (gross leasable area). The original glass ramps and walkways, as well as the large central plaza, are illuminated with natural light, creating a pleasant sense of
open space.

Incus-S, the chosen model, belongs to the S-S Series of SEVASA's range of floorings, with a contemporary character and high certified anti-slip safety, it combines sophistication and high performance in a satin finish.

With 19 different models, this is the most extensive range of floor coverings on the market. Specific grip and drainage designs for indoor, outdoor, dry or wet use, and available in various colors, thicknesses and anti-slip levels.
